Validating schema xml c

31 Jan

The RELAX NG specifications have been developed within OASIS by the RELAX NG Technical Committeee. RELAX NG is also an International Standard (ISO/IEC 19757-2). Like the Brown Corpus, which displays a balanced selection of text genres and sources, TIMIT includes a balanced selection of dialects, speakers, and materials. For each of eight dialect regions, 50 male and female speakers having a range of ages and educational backgrounds each read ten carefully chosen sentences.project for extending RELAX NG has started in ISO/IEC JTC1/SC34/WG1. RELAX NG Version 2 is likely to become a new part of ISO/IEC 19757, while RELAX NG Version 1 continues to exist as Part 2 of ISO/IEC 19757. Reads a RELAX NG schema and produces a validator that can validate documents with the given schema. Generated validator can be in Java, C for Win32 (using MSXML4) or C#. TIMIT was developed by a consortium including Texas Instruments and MIT, from which it derives its name.

Both of these parsers are provided by Java API for XML Processing (JAXP).

As in other chapters, there will be many examples drawn from practical experience managing linguistic data, including data that has been collected in the course of linguistic fieldwork, laboratory work, and web crawling.

The TIMIT corpus of read speech was the first annotated speech database to be widely distributed, and it has an especially clear organization.
